• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  If you are ordering a printable or DIY file we accept orders from anywhere throughout the world.

  For printed products orders accepts for US and Canada only.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  For DIY, printable files your order will be sent to you within 2 business days.
  Printed items may vary, you will be informed of your print production schedule upon placing your order.

• Why is the pricing on Metro-Event.com less then other websites?

  The reason for the lower pricing on Metro-Event.com is the fees that are paid to list products on other websites. It costs less to post productions here.

• Do the invitation prints come with envelopes?

  Unfortunately they do not come with envelopes. The printing is done through professional print resources, they do not currently offer envelopes with the invitation prints.

• What is Storenvy?
